How do I place an order online?
All the monuments you see are available to buy online. Simply click on the monument you wish to purchase, select the colour and personal details required and click 'add'. You can then 'proceed to checkout.

 

Can I contact you by telephone?
Yes, if you would like to speak to one of our monumental masons call 01773 602187, we will be happy to discuss your requirements over the telephone.

 

What cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards

 

Can I pay by any other method?
Yes, If you would prefer to pay by cash or cheque you can place your order over the telephone.

 

Is it safe to order online?
Yes, www.ecopeandson.co.uk uses Shopfitter secure order system, which means that all credit card details are processed over their secure server, ensuring that the transaction is 100% safe.

 

How much will delivery cost?
Delivery costs will vary depending on your location click here to see delivery costs.

 

How long will delivery take?
If in stock most memorials can be completed and in the cemetery within 12 weeks.

 

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order you have purchased we advise you to email us immediately. If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel your order with no problems.

 

Do you charge for home visits?
No, we will be happy to visit you at your home completely free of charge.

Will you charge to fit my chosen memorial in a Churchyard/Cemetery?
No, there is no extra cost for the fitting of your chosen memorial, this is included in the overall cost.
